Packaging.

I started to look into Packaging the DVD as I realise it cannot be an after thought.  

I want to keep it to the simple colours that are on the sequence and use the title on the front.  

Somehow want to make the folding a little different but not over complicated.  

These are just my initial ideas and thought I should get them down before they are gone forever.  

Here I have used the entire title and found a workable font for 'but' which I am now going to use in the sequence it self.  Obviously this is just the front of the packaging. Below I have payed around with opacity and colour to work out the most suitable.  

I quite like the word without the colours on top, Though I don't feel the outline is quite right... though can't put my finger on why...?!

So Below I have tried without the outline and infact just used splashes of colour on some letters. This is because the words will be cut out from the front, then underneath that will be another layer with just the colours on and a few silhouettes of the sea creatures cut out also. This means parts of the colours will be seen through the spaces of the type.  

This then also means that on the inside there will just be something similar to this (but cut out of the paper) keeping it really simple but fun and colourful too.
