SEASONS

Each month on the calendar will have an image. I am going to keep the same image throughout the season but change the colour by using a monotone. This colour of course will depend on that season. These are the 4 photographs which I have taken that I will be using for this. As some are busier than others it is therefore important to keep the detail of the calendar simple but classic.

Snaps along the canal.

I went to visit my parents at the weekend and they live near to canal. I want to get a collection of photographs of nature and the outdoors to aid my visual work. There is a large possibility that my final designs will in fact be based around a photographic theme as this seems like the best way to visualise the outdoors as a reality.
The sky is my absolute favourite when it comes to being outside. Especially at this time of year. This photo doesn't do it justice but around 5pm when the sun sets it is stunning. I am really interested in possibly manipulating light Colours from the sun set would be perfect for this.

Wildlife - of course with nature comes the creatures that live amongst it. I'm not sure I will be able to use this in an office environment although I could use paper to create some small creatures. I really love origami and would be interesting to see how much I could stretch it. I could give instructions to the office workers as to how they can create origami birds from their sticky notes.

I think this is a good idea for a large wall print.
Another thought I have is to design prints for the size of the wall. This would create a sense of a realistic size of the outdoors instead of miniature prints.
