What is a Line?

For this brief we have to consider the question 'what is a line?'
In this specific task we have been asked to find visual examples of each of the quotes provided as an answer to this question. This is to help us decide what direction we want to take and which specific quote we will focus on. I think, on looking at the images and which are most succesfull I would like to look further into a line being "a formation of people, objectss or things on, besides or behind one another."
A mark indicating position, connection or boundaries.

"A connected series of events, actions or developments."

"A formation of people, objects or things on besides/behind the other."

I really like this image ^. I like the consistancy of shape and change of colour through the buildings. I love that some houses can be identical but others really stand out because they are different. I really want to look further into street formation and patterns which can be created from this.
